A: Standard check-in time is 2pm; please contact the motel if you require an earlier check in.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call prior to 9pm to organise a late check in, credit card required.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, every room has a parking space.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Bass & Flinders Motel are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke outside of their rooms.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, dinner is available in the restaurant from 5pm onwards.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for breakfast only.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, complimentary wifi is available.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A:  Local supermarkets & retails hops are within 1.9km’s of the motel.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
